We proudly point out that in April, Viktor Lenac Shipyard was the only facility outside US & Japan which ever simultaneously hosted 3 US Navy ships during their scheduled maintenance periods. USNS Trenton T-EPF 5 counted last project days during her regular overhaul and drydocking. Maintenance of ride control system, stern ramp, waterjets together with aluminum repair were carried out. In that moment, USNS Carson City T-EPF 7 was still in drydock undergoing regular underwater maintenance and inspections. USS Mount Whitney arrived for the fifth time to Viktor Lenac to undergo her voyage repairs. The focus was given on reduction gear & HP turbine alignment checks, antenna maintenance and shafting alignment inspections.
